~ 10 Bent Street, Maitland ~
The New England Hwy (A43) now skirts the old High Street, Maitland CBD, on a bypass which parallels the North Coast rail line and is known as the Les Darcy Drive.
The easiest way to find the venue is via the traffic lights at the eastern intersection of High Street and the New England Hwy.
Taking this route travel up High Street, passing the Maitland Tourist Information Centre on your left, over the railway bridge, travel along High St. approx 800 metres, passing a SHELL service station, until the Town Hall is on your immediate left and then turn into Albert Street between the Town Hall/Maitland City Administration Block and the Metropolitan Hotel. Down Albert St. approx 80m, swing left into Grant St, and then turn right into Bent Street. The venue (No 10) is on your left and is obvious.
There are dedicated car parks at the rear of the Federation Centre and at the rear of the nearby Town Hall (5 mins walk away).
